Our ages, backgrounds and Rock Band talent varies, but we are all scrappy, smart, and share a thirst for the challenge of forging a new market. We are passionate about education/learning and building an efficient structure around this massive market. Our associates thrive on new problems and we celebrate our hard-won accomplishments. There are no structured offices, hierarchies of ranks. We all share the load and sometimes you will find us, including our founders, helping out the marketing and sales teams and even writing programs late on a Thursday evening. Hard work is required, suits are banned.

We are looking for individuals who will be sufficiently excited about taking up responsibilities and taking it through to completion. We are looking for Web Developers (new age web technologies and open source warriors), Content developers/Creative Writers (person with a flair for words and the ability to produce volumes of content, but, at the end of the day, still talk the same language as all of us!) and Instructional Designers (person with an ability to marry the exuberance of a content developer to the acumen of the designer to churn out well-structured solutions; essentially ensure that there is method to the whole creative madness).
